World Literacy Day

On the occasion of World Literacy Day, a special assembly was organised by the students of Class 11thHumanities, Army Public School, Kamptee.  A skit emphasising the importance of education was undertaken by the students. The skit portrayed Nelson Mandela’s message “Education is the most important weapon to change this world.” Through the light of education social evils like child labour, casteism, exploitation of poor etc. can be effectively fought. All in all the assembly successfully portrayed the need  of education for our mental and economic growth, While at the same time stressing its role in developing the all-round personality of an individual so as to help him live human life to the fullest.
